We want your booking to be simple and transparent. Here you will find all the important information.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night. It is paid directly at the hotel.
How booking works
- You send us an enquiry and we reply with availability and price.
- To confirm, we ask for a 35% deposit by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For some rates or periods, payment of the full stay in advance may be required.
- The booking is confirmed only after we have received the deposit and sent our written confirmation.
For last-minute bookings we may ask you for a credit card as a guarantee or for full payment in advance.
By confirming the booking, you accept these booking and cancellation conditions.
Cancelling a booking
In short: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (low season) or 28 days before arrival (high season). After these dates, cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale.
Low season (March, April, October)

Tip: for your peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Cancelling a non-refundable booking
Non-refundable rates do not allow a refund in the event of cancellation. However, we will do our best to re-let your room. If we succeed, you will be entitled to:
- a voucher for a future holiday, or
- a partial refund by bank transfer.
The sooner you let us know about the cancellation, the greater our chances of re-letting the room.
Tip: travel insurance also protects you in the case of non-refundable rates.
Early departure or late arrival
Unused nights are not refundable. The amount of the confirmed stay remains payable in full. If your dates change, please write to us as soon as possible: we will look for a solution together.
No-show
In the event of non-arrival without notice (no-show), 100% of the stay will be charged. If you know you will not be able to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible — we can look at a solution together.
