On the day of arrival, rooms/apartments are available to you from 3pm.

If you arrive early, you can use our car park (please let reception know) until you can enter your room/apartment.

If you arrive after 8pm, please let us know in advance by email or WhatsApp message.
Reception closes at 11pm.

Please vacate your rooms/apartments by 10.30am at the latest.

For a quicker check-out, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure, if possible. If available, we can offer you a late check-out (use of the room after 10.30am) for an additional charge.

To guarantee a calm and relaxing atmosphere, our hotel welcomes guests aged 16 and over.

The pool is for guests only and is open from April to October, from 9am to 8pm. Please note that the pool is unheated. Please bring your own pool towels.

During your stay, 1 parking space (outdoor parking or garage, depending on availability) is included in the price. Unfortunately, we cannot offer additional parking spaces, not even for motorbike trailers. A garage space cannot be reserved in advance.

On our roof terrace (11am–11pm) a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo awaits you. We ask you to leave the terrace by 11pm so as not to disturb other guests.

Reception is not staffed around the clock: we are available from 8am to 11pm.

The hotel bar is open from 8am to 11pm.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.

Italian law requires us to register all guests: at check-in we ask for a valid ID document for every guest, children included.

For safety reasons, portable grills and barbecues are not permitted in the rooms, apartments or common areas of the hotel.

Quiet hours at the hotel are from 10pm to 7am the following day. During the night we ask you to avoid unnecessary noise.

The lakeside promenade is about a 5-minute walk away and the historic centre of Malcesine about 15 minutes on foot. The "Malcesine La Rocca" bus stop is 350 m away (5 minutes) and the Monte Baldo cable car 1.6 km.

By public bus along the Gardesana road: the nearest stop is "Malcesine La Rocca" (request stop – press the button on board or ask the driver). Verona airport is 62 km away and Verona Porta Nuova railway station 65 km. We are happy to send you detailed directions.

The buffet breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.30am in the breakfast room or outdoors in fine weather.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

Hotel guests can use a free bike room in the garage, with a lockable door, CCTV and power sockets for e-bikes. Bicycles may not be taken into rooms or apartments.

Motorbikes can be parked free of charge in the garage. This uses the parking space included in your stay: we cannot offer extra spaces, for example for a car, trailer and motorbike together.

The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night, compulsory and not included in the price. It is paid directly at the hotel.

We are a non-smoking hotel: smoking is allowed only on the balconies of rooms/apartments and in the designated outdoor areas. The pool area and breakfast area are non-smoking.

Every room and studio has a safe for money, documents and valuables. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables left outside the safe.

All rooms and apartments have air conditioning. For it to work, windows and the balcony door must stay closed.

The hotel is not suitable for group holidays or celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, stag/hen parties or weddings.

The hotel is open only to registered guests and only during the booked stay. Rooms and apartments may be occupied solely by the people named in the booking.

The hotel has an automatic fire alarm system (a siren sounds in case of fire). Emergency exits, escape routes and fire extinguishers are clearly marked.
