By car

⚠️ Important: do not turn into Via Puri directly from the main lakeside road (SS249 Gardesana) — it is better to approach via Via Panoramica.

If you use a satnav, it may show you the wrong route.

• If you are coming from the north, about 150 m after the parish church, near the "Hotel Ideal", take the scenic road (Via Panoramica)
• If you are coming from the south, about 150 m before the parish church, near the "Hotel Ideal", turn right onto the scenic road (Via Panoramica)
• Follow this road for about 600 m; you will see the "Hotel Villa Smeralda" on your left; after about 150 m turn right into "Via Puri"
• Heading downhill, the hotel is on your left after about 150 m (red and yellow building)

By bus

If you arrive by bus, the name of the stop closest to the hotel is "Malcesine La Rocca".
