1. Send us a request and we will reply with availability and pricing.

2. To confirm, we require a deposit of 35% via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
For some rates or periods, full prepayment of the entire stay may be required.

3. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation.

For last-minute bookings, we may ask for a credit card as guarantee or full prepayment.

By confirming your booking, you accept these booking and cancellation terms.

In short: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (low season) or 28 days before arrival (high season). After these dates, increasing fees apply.

Low season (March, April, October)

Tip: for your peace of mind, we recommend considering travel insurance that covers cancellation costs.

Non-refundable rates do not include a refund in case of cancellation.

However, we will do our best to reassign your room. If we succeed, you will be entitled to:

— a voucher for a future holiday, or
— a partial refund via bank transfer.

The sooner you let us know, the better our chances of reassigning the room.

Tip: travel insurance can protect you even with non-refundable rates.

Unused nights are non-refundable. The confirmed stay amount remains due in full.

If your dates change, please write to us as soon as possible — we'll find a solution together.

In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the stay will be charged.
