Socket adapters and charging cables are available to borrow at the reception.

We ask that you leave the rooms/holiday apartments at least before 10:30 AM.
To enable a quicker checkout, we ask you to pay your bill the day before your departure.

If available, we can offer you a late check-out (use of the room after 10.30 AM) for an additional charge.

The hotel does not provide towels for the pool.

The bar of the Hotel is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

For safety reasons, portable grills are not allowed in rooms, holiday apartments and in the outdoor areas of the hotels.

Our reading lounge is located next to the elevator on the left.

On our roof terrace (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo awaits you.
We gently ask to you to leave the terrace before 11:00 PM for respect the night's sleep of other guests.

On the day of arrival, the rooms/holiday apartments are available to you from 3:00 PM

If you arrive earlier, you can use our parking space (please inform the reception) until you can move into your room/holiday apartment.
If the room/holiday apartment is cleaned, and ready for occupancy, before 3 PM, you can also move into it earlier .

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we ask that you send us an email or WhatsApp message.

The hotel reception is not staffed after 11 PM.

The first aid kit is located at the reception.

Our house is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system (a siren sounds if there is smoke). Emergency exits, escape routes and fire extinguishers are clearly marked.

We serve breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the breakfast room, or outside when the weather permitting.

In case of food allergies or intolerances, please inform reception in advance.

We ask you not to smoke outside during breakfast time.

For the duration of your stay, you have 1 parking space free of charge (outside parking spaces or deep garage depending on availability).

Please note that we cannot offer any additional parking space, not even for Motorcycle trailer.

If available, we will provide you with an underground parking space, but this cannot be reserved.

If you still have plans on the day of departure and would like to leave your car in the hotel, ask at the reception if it's possible.

The hotel is not suitable for a group holiday, or for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, stag parties or weddings.

We ask all guests to understand that we cannot accept pets.

The hotel welcomes guests starting from 15 years old.

Air conditioning system work only when the windows and the balcony door are closed.

We accept payment with Euro / Mastercard and Visa.

The Italian government has levied a tourist tax in Veneto Region. The contribution is obligatory, is paid by the guest, and is collected by the host in addition to the total price.

The tariff per night/person is €1.50.

You can access to Internet with the free Wifi throughout the entire hotel.

From 10 PM to 7 Am of the next day, the hotel request a nighttime peace. During the night's rest, we gently ask for a special consideration, so that the rest of the other guests are not disturbed.

Italian law requires to every hotel to register the presence of visitors in the country. The hotel must record the personal information from a valid passport, or ID card, and submit it to the national police. That's why we ask for a valid identity document upon check-in to each person accommodated.

A valid identity document is required even for children.

The hotel pool is accessible only from hotel guests from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The pool is open from April to October, but is not heated.

We are a non-smoking hotel, so we ask you to smoke only in the designated areas outside (rooms/apartment balconies and outdoor areas).

Pool area and breakfast area are non-smoking areas.

Please understand that special cleaning (if there is smoke smell in the room/apartment) must be charged.

Please note that our reception is not permanently manned: we are at your disposal from 8 AM to 11 PM.

In every room/holiday apartment is available a safe for money, valuables and jewelry.

No liability is assumed for valuables left outside the safe.

The main entrance and room doors can be opened with your key card. If you go out in the evening and come back later, please don't forget your key card.

Please hand this back in upon departure. We will charge Euro 5 for every lost cards.

We will try to fulfill your wishes if there is availability, but please note that you have the option to book a room category, not a floor or room number.

The hotel is only accessible to those who stay overnight, and only during the planned stay.

Rooms/holiday apartments can only be occupied by the people listed on the reservation.
